Coming soon: TUV NEL will be shortly be launching a brand new website to provide a comprehensive location for flow measurement-related issues. The website will amalgamate TUV NEL activities, plus all associated flow measurement activities from the National Measurement System’s Engineering & Flow Programme, including this Oil & Gas Focus Group website. This current website will cease operation in the middle of April.

After 12 April, you will have to re-register at the Networks and Clubs pages at www.tuvnel.com to access the information. This is part of a wider project to help individuals and companies see the full range of services available to them.

The Oil & Gas Focus Group was initiated to address the specific flow measurement needs of the oil and gas industry.

The Group provides a forum for the dissemination of innovative advances in fluids and flow measurement. It also provides an open forum for discussion and identification of common flow-related challenges with the potential for Government support for key projects through the UK Governments’ National Measurement System and other funding routes.

The Group is chaired by Douglas Griffin, Head of Petroleum Measurement & Allocation, DECC.

This site provides free access to information such as previous presentations at Group meetings.
